In Philadelphia, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across Pennsylvania on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 11 amβ10:30 pm. Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Philadelphia follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Not only did they get my order wrong, the entire thing took over an hour to get deliver between the wrong Pizza and the new Pizza. And now it looks like what is either a piece of plastic or a fingernail in it The sad part it s that I already ate half the pizza and don't trust the rest of it it gotta go on a trash. So pissed I usually love there food.

My 2-star review is based on the service I received because other than that the food was not bad. On Mother's Day I went to get the House Special Steaks that they make. My mother really spoke highly of these sandwiches. I walk in and the two guys working the front ignore me for about 5 minutes pretending to be so busy on the phones. However, when someone they knew walked in, they immediately acknowledged him, allowed him to pay, and immediately went back to the phones. After about another 3 minutes, one of the guys finally asks me if they could help me. Had I not already called my order in and told my mom I was getting them, I would have walked out. The sandwich was not bad but the bread was a little tough and the meat was a little dry. But it had good flavor. It is not worth the treatment I received and I personally will never be spending my money there again. I am not the type to write bitter or hateful reviews but I was very annoyed by the two guys on the phones that day.

Decided to take a chance and kept my fingers cross hoping that the Cheeseteak was good. And luckily it was. Being the fact that there have been a few bad reviews about this place but no place is perfect. New Star Express Pizza makes some of the best Philly Cheesesteaks in West Philly.

I ordered a salad and REPEATEDLY asked for NO OLIVES because I am allergic, I canβt even TOUCH THEM I received my salad.. whatβs on it OLIVES! I called back to address the problem politely and the βmanagerβ was nothing but ignorant he told me to βkeep the meat β heβll send me another salad. I AGAIN EXPLAINED ABOUT THE OLIVES AND HOW I CANT HAVE THAT NEAR ME SO I THREW IT AWAYβ¦ he then says well if you canβt send it back Iβm not replacing it. Also if you order a salad donβt expect CROUTONS, he said they ONLY put that on ceasar salads. I wasnβt aware croutons were a luxury on a garden salad until today. The lettuce was old and turning brown THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! TERRIBLE! oh and donβt let me forget the cheap WATERY βsalad dressingβ π©π©π©
